Overview
Pioneer Construction Management is hiring an experienced Painter for residential remodels, additions, and custom home projects in the Denver metro area.
We are looking for someone who can step in and produce solid work without a lot of hand-holding.
Responsibilities
- Perform masking to protect vulnerable items from dust drips or over spray
- Complete Interior or Exterior painting skills
- Keep work clean, organized, and up to company quality standards
- Work with other trades and help keep the job moving
- Show up on time and be dependable on site
Requirements
- 5+ years of Painting experience
- Strong interior masking experience
- Sprayer control
- Caulk, Bondo, and Spackle experience
- Finish carpentry and drywall patching skills are a bonus
- Able to work on residential and commercial job sites throughout the Denver metro area
- Shows up on time and works hard
- Must have own hand tools and basic power tools
