We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice proudly serving the Beaumont community for decades. We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team.
This is a part-time position with a 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who is passionate about patient care, has excellent communication skills, and values providing high-quality dentistry in a friendly and professional environment. Looking for someone who is reliable and would like to stay long term.
Position Details
- Part-Time RDH
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2-3 days / week)
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Starting rate: $300 / day + production incentives based on experience
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Take and review digital dental radiographs / CBCT
- Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
- Assist the doctor in diagnosing and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Provide a positive and welcoming patient experience
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to maintain smooth daily operations, including seeing ER patients
Qualifications
- Current Texas RDH license in good standing
- Prior clinical experience (minimum 2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with Dentrix software/ Open Dental is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
