Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (flexible hours)
Indian Head Resort in Lincoln, NH is looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team! We're a busy, family-friendly resort in the heart of the White Mountains, and we need someone who takes pride in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment
- Keep the dish pit, kitchen, and surrounding areas clean and organized during service
- Empty trash and recycling as needed
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help maintain a steady flow of clean dishware during busy meal periods
What We're Looking For:
- No experience necessary — we'll train the right person
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Team player who communicates well with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays a plus
