HVAC Maniac LLC is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
We are a local, family-owned HVAC company serving Charlotte and surrounding areas in North and South Carolina. Our work is primarily residential new construction, replacements and remodels.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Lead jobs and work alongside an installer/helper
- Install equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines and related components
- Read plans and properly lay out systems
- Complete start-ups, punch lists and inspection corrections
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with builders, homeowners and team members
- Troubleshoot installation-related issues when needed
Qualifications
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to lead and work well with others
- EPA certification preferred
Compensation
$30+ per hour, based on experience
