Job description:
St. Anne's Guest Home is a quaint 47 bed Basic Care residence located in a quiet neighborhood in Grand Forks, ND. We have a unique opportunity in our Dietary Department for an Assistant Dietary Director to join our small but dedicated staff here at St. Anne's Guest Home.
This is great fulltime position for an experienced Kitchen Manager seeking a rewarding position in a stress free environment.
Qualifications
- 2yr or 4yr Culinary Degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license
- Clean Background Check
Summary
- Prepare approximately 50 meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper for our residents and staff.
Schedule
- 40 plus hours per week
- Flexible scheduling 6 -12 hour shifts
- Kitchen Hours: 6:30am - 7:00pm
- Days: Monday - Sunday
Responsibilities
- Assists the Director of Dietary with the overall needs of the Dietary Department.
- Second in command to the Director of Dietary.
- Prepare tasty and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper for our residents and staff.
- Prepare nutritious and tasty food, drinks, and snacks for the Activities Department for in between meal times and on special occasions.
- Monitor food supply inventory.
- Works as a willing and flexible team member in the Dietary Department.
- Manage and Supervise the kitchen staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
