Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Production Associate to assist in the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of products, including cookies, pastries, and cakes.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positions available for day, evening, night, and/or weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
