Job Description:
This part-time position involves working with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years old, so a love for kids of all ages and a willingness to jump in wherever needed is a must.
As a valued team member, you'll be responsible for supporting daily routines, creating a safe and engaging environment, and bringing a positive attitude to every interaction , guiding a preschooler through a craft, or helping school-aged children with homework or play.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and general care for infants and toddlers
- Promote a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Communicate effectively with other staff and families
- Be flexible and willing to move between classrooms/age groups as needed
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
