Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide prompt assistance to clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions with a friendly demeanor
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information using productivity software.
- Handle front desk duties including greeting customers, taking insurance payments and answering phone calls.
- Assist with office management tasks like organizing files, proofreading documents, and supporting clerical operations to ensure smooth daily workflows
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line systems confidently and professionally
- Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in filing
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred but not required to enhance client communication across diverse populations
- Clerical experience including proofreading, document handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
