We are seeking a dedicated Team Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
Skills
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
