Position: Sales Trainees (Roofing)

Responsibilities

Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage

Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)

Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claim options

Set appointments and assist in the sales process
Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred (roofing experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners

Ability to climb a ladder for inspections

Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation

$150,000 – $250,000+ per year earning potential
