About the Role
Trixhire – AIVIRTRIX is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a well-established orthopedic outpatient practice serving an active community. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
- Provide one-on-one patient treatment sessions lasting approximately one hour.
- Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians in a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation during dedicated documentation time.
- Educate patients regarding injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies.
- Support active populations including athletes and recreational sports participants.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care while maintaining strong patient relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in Montana.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Ability to work independently with full clinical autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Manual Therapy Certification.
- ABPTS Specialization (OCS, SCS, or similar).
- Dry Needling Certification.
- Experience working with athletic and active populations.
- Interest in sports rehabilitation and performance-focused care.

Work Environment

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour
