Title: High School FCCLA Advisor
Reports to: Activities Director and/or High School Principal

Job Objective
Provides leadership and supervision for the Kasson-Mantorville High School FCCLA chapter, guiding students in leadership development, competitive events, community service, career exploration, and local, regional, state, and national FCCLA opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with high school students.
Experience with FCCLA, student activities, leadership programs, or similar organizations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor students and promote student leadership and responsibility.
Ability to coordinate activities, events, competitions, and travel.
Availability for evening, weekend, and occasional overnight events.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, staff, and community partners.
Performance Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, supervision, and support for the K-M High School FCCLA chapter.
Recruit and engage students in FCCLA membership, leadership, competitive events, community service, and career-development opportunities.
Guide student officers in planning chapter meetings, activities, projects, and goals while promoting student-led leadership.
Prepare and support students participating in STAR Events and other FCCLA competitions.
Coordinate chapter participation in regional, state, and national FCCLA conferences, competitions, and leadership opportunities.
Manage chapter administrative responsibilities, including affiliation, membership, registrations, required forms, communications, finances, fundraising, and event/travel arrangements.
Supervise students during FCCLA meetings, activities, competitions, service projects, travel, and other chapter-sponsored events.
Build positive relationships with students, families, staff, community partners, and FCCLA organizations.
Promote and recognize chapter activities, student accomplishments, leadership, and community involvement.
Maintain required records and ensure chapter activities comply with FCCLA requirements and district policies and procedures.
Perform other duties related to the FCCLA program as assigned.
