This is more than a back office role. As Title Clerk, you'll be a critical part of how every deal comes together, and a strong performer in this position is well positioned to grow into senior titling, finance operations, or office management roles as our dealership continues to expand.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll review and verify deal paperwork and loan contracts for accuracy, submit loan documentation to lending institutions, and process state title paperwork from start to finish. You'll stock in new and used inventory, manage loan payoffs, and follow up diligently on titles until they're resolved. You'll also verify titles and troubleshoot any discrepancies that arise, working closely with our sales and finance teams to keep every deal moving smoothly. Light accounting support rounds out the role.
What You'll Bring
Prior dealership title or finance office experience is required. You should be detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deals at once, and confident communicating with lenders, sales staff, and customers alike.

Experience in an automotive dealership environment (1+ years required)

Familiarity with CDK software (a plus!)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of NH title and registration forms

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Detail-oriented with basic accounting and data entry skill
