What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-clinic, or in the community
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Track skill acquisition and behavior data accurately and consistently
- Address challenging behaviors using Positive Behavior Support techniques
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
What You’ll Need
- Active and current Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB
- Passion and energy for working with children
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
