SeaStays is handing one operator the keys to our entire 100+ unit beachfront vacation-rental portfolio in Miami Beach - own it end to end so the founder can step back to growth. Guests, reservations, the field teams, owner relationships, and the systems that hold it all together: yours. This is the top operating seat, not a coordinator role.
ABOUT SEASTAYS
We're a fast-growing Miami Beach hospitality operator running beachfront short-term-rental and hotel-style properties across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct. We deliver hotel-level guest experiences and are building the team and systems to scale past 100 units - and we want a senior operator to build that next stage around.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (6 months in)
The portfolio runs smoothly without the founder in the day-to-day: 4.8-star+ guest ratings, a clean reservation calendar with zero double-bookings, turnovers that never miss, and owners who trust the numbers you send them.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Guest experience, end to end - pre-booking questions, check-in/out, in-stay problem-solving (phone-first), post-stay reviews
- Reservations across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct - clean calendar, better lead-to-book conversion
- The field teams - schedule and QC housekeeping + maintenance, own turnover readiness, manage vendors
- The systems - run Cloudbeds + Breezeway day to day; keep every listing sharp
- Owner relations + reporting - be the point of contact owners trust, protect their revenue
- Compliance + readiness - STR regulations, safety, and hurricane prep
WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (must meet all)
- 5+ years hands-on in short-term-rental / vacation-rental property management OR hotel operations (guest experience, reservations, turnover coordination)
- Fluent English AND Spanish - daily guest and staff communication is in both
- Hands-on with a PMS - Cloudbeds, Breezeway, Guesty, Hostaway or comparable (we run Cloudbeds + Breezeway)
- On-site in Miami Beach, and available to work Saturdays and Sundays - guests check in and out on weekends; this is a 7-day hospitality operation
- Able to start within about 2 weeks
NICE TO HAVE
- Front-desk / night-audit / guest-services background
- Multi-property or portfolio experience
- Owner-reporting and revenue-protection track record
