Alliance Therapy & Chiropractic is looking for a high-performing Patient Care Coordinator to join our Rock Springs team. This is much more than a front desk position—our Patient Care Coordinators are the first impression of our clinic and play a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience. Who We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and able to pivot when priorities change
Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and multiple systems
Confident in face-to-face interactions and building relationships with patients
A team player who takes ownership and finds solutions
Someone who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience every day
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate communication
- Verify information, assist with paperwork, and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with therapists, chiropractors, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Help create an outstanding experience from the first phone call to the final visit
