As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll represent AT&T’s leading wireless and telecommunications services, helping customers find the right solutions while building your skills in sales, communication, and account management.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Team Member:
- Engage with customers in person to drive AT&T sales and promote wireless and internet services
- Educate customers on AT&T products, plans, and promotions to support informed sales decisions
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T sales solutions
- Assist with activations, upgrades, and service changes throughout the sales process
- Provide a high-quality customer experience before, during, and after each AT&T sale
- Build relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction and repeat sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Participate in daily training focused on improving AT&T sales techniques and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
