Pay
- Caregivers: $19–$21.50/hr
- CNA / Certified Caregivers: $21–$22.50/hr
- Pay based on training completion and CNA certification (CNA not required)
Schedule
We offer a variety of flexible shifts based on client needs:
- 2-hour shifts (short visits and check-ins) + $4/hr additional pay incentive
- 4-hour shifts (short care blocks) – most commonly requested (typically scheduled in the mornings and afternoons)
- 6–8 hour shifts (varies based on client needs)
- Ongoing and fill-in shifts available for extra hours and flexibility
- Occasional 12–24 hour shifts when available
What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Errands and transportation to appointments
- Mobility support and fall prevention
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia care support
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for caregivers who are:
- Reliable and consistently show up on time
- Respectful, patient, and professional in client homes
- Calm and emotionally steady in caregiving situations
- Comfortable working independently
- Committed to providing quality care and dignity to seniors
This role is best suited for caregivers who understand the responsibility of in-home care and approach their work with professionalism and compassion. We are seeking individuals who take pride in what they do.
Requirements
- 2+ years caregiving experience (preferred for caregiver role)
- CNA certification preferred for higher pay tier, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation required – must have a personal vehicle for client visits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background check for HCA Registry
- Negative TB test and/or Chest X-Ray (TB testing can be provided by the agency if needed)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong references
