Pivot Point Home Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate COTA/OTA to provide in-home care to its patients. If you’re committed to helping people regain independence in a familiar setting, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver one-on-one therapy in the home under the direction of a licensed PT
- Follow the established Plan of Care to meet patient goals
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, and overall function
- Instruct patients and families on exercises and safety practices
- Monitor and report progress, ensuring clear documentation
- Attend team check-ins and stay current with in-service education
What You Bring:
- Current Massachusetts OTA license
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home care preferred)
- CPR certification and cleared background check
- A compassionate approach and strong communication skills
