Job Overview
We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and hands-on Chiropractor to join our clinic on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
This position is primarily focused on Personal Injury patients, with a smaller portion of cash-based patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who enjoys clinical care and wants to focus on helping patients recover without the added pressure of marketing, selling, or presenting care plans.
You will be able to concentrate on what matters most: evaluating patients, delivering great adjustments, documenting properly, and helping patients get better through quality chiropractic care.

Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Perform chiropractic evaluations and focused re-examinations as needed
- Provide safe, effective chiropractic adjustments for Personal Injury and cash patients
- Monitor progress and modify care appropriately based on clinical presentation
- Educate patients on recovery, movement, and chiropractic care
- Complete clear, timely, and accurate documentation in the EMR/EHR
- Work with the team to provide a smooth and positive patient experience
- Help patients reduce pain, improve function, and recover as efficiently as possible
What You Will Not Be Doing
- No marketing
- No outside networking required

- No care plan presentations
- No pressure to close patients
Patient Base
- Primarily Personal Injury
- Some cash / non-insurance patients
- Common cases may include neck pain, low back pain, headaches, whiplash, and musculoskeletal injuries related to motor vehicle accidents
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
- Active Arizona chiropractic license in good standing
- Strong adjusting skills and confidence in hands-on care
- Comfortable treating musculoskeletal and Personal Injury cases
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Personal Injury documentation and treatment (we can teach)
- Experience in an outpatient chiropractic setting
- Fluent Spanish is strongly preferred
Compensation
- $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience
- Fluent Spanish speakers are strongly preferred and may qualify for higher compensation
