Duties
- Operate vehicle wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring thorough exterior cleaning using high-quality cleaning products and tools
- Operating chemicals to prep vehicles
- Giving exceptional customer service and providing assistance & answering any inquiries for all customers
- Follow safe work practices at all times, including proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals to prevent accidents or injuries
- General lot maintenance (Sweeping, tidying customer areas, leaf blowing etc)
- Assist with janitorial tasks around the auto detailing facility to keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Skills
- Experience operating standard passenger cars and has a general understanding of manual transmission and automatic vehicles
- Strong understanding of safe work practices related to vehicle handling and cleaning procedures
- Time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- People & communication skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling equipment or moving vehicles safely
- Prior auto detailing or auto shop experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
