Come work with a women and therapist-founded company committed to elevating your experience as a school-based professional. Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
Start Date: August 2026
Location: In-person, in Ashland City, TN
Role Details:
Coach and support school staff
Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Set and support academic and behavioral goals
Create teacher-friendly data collection systems
Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
Must hold a valid BCBA license in TN
School-based experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
