The Client Service Assistant supports the Client Service team in delivering high-quality service to clients in a well-organized and timely manner. This role focuses on administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day client interactions and internal processes. The Assistant acts as a key point of contact for routine client inquiries, supports onboarding and account maintenance processes, and helps manage communications between clients and internal teams.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager in servicing existing and potential clients in addition to responding to client inquiries, redirecting requests when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve client issues efficiently.
- Assist in proactive client outreach for follow-ups, documentation, or pending requests.
- Support account opening, updates, and closing processes, ensuring documentation is complete and properly recorded in internal systems.
- Support the team in tracking and resolving incidents or pending items identified by Back Office.
- Develop a basic understanding of investment products and services to effectively support client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing documentation and materials related to investment and credit products.
- Support the team in the commercialization and administrative processing of products and services.
- Provide operational support in client transactions and internal workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
- Monitor reports (e.g., account movements) and escalate any irregularities (such as overdrafts) to the appropriate team.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (written, verbal)
- 2-3+ years experience in client services or customer service roles
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Bachelor’s degree or experience in relevant field/equivalent work experience
