Overview
Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a fast-growing Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) bringing affordable, high-speed internet to communities across Wyoming County, NY. We’re building the infrastructure that connects people, and we need experienced leaders in the field to make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and labor tasks on various job sites
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with demolition or site prep work
- Operate hand and basic power tools under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, installation technicians) as needed
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
- Help with assembling and installing construction components
- Transport and dispose of construction debris
- Safely work with ladders to access elevated areas
- Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately
- Support team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
