We’re a growing residential property-services company looking for a dependable Lead Property Services Technician to become our primary field producer.
You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality service to residential customers, including lawn mowing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure/house washing, spring cleanups, and Christmas-light installation.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, comfortable working outdoors, and takes pride in doing things right. You don’t need experience in every service—we can train the right person.
What you’ll do
Mow, trim, edge and blow residential properties
Perform window and gutter cleaning
Perform pressure/house washing
Complete seasonal property cleanups
Install/remove Christmas lights
Safely operate and maintain equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Take before/after photos and document completed work
Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
Help identify additional services customers may need
Eventually help train and oversee additional field technicians
What we’re looking for
Reliable and punctual
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold and varying weather
Able to lift and move equipment
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Strong attention to detail
Professional with customers
Willing to learn multiple services
Previous lawn care/property-service experience is a plus
Schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with occasional schedule changes during peak seasons, weather delays and Christmas-light season.
Compensation
$20–$24/hour starting, depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases and bonuses.
The goal is for this person to grow into a Field Team Lead/Production Manager as the company grows.
