Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. Playeros Volleyball Club is a family operated club that strives to teach young athletes the value of competition, teamwork, and resilience.
Duties:
- Develop and implement practice plans to improve players' skills and performance
- Teach proper techniques
- Provide guidance and feedback to individual players to help them improve their game
- Organize and lead team practices, drills, and scrimmages
- Create game strategies and make adjustments during matches
- Attend games, tournaments, and other events as required
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Previous experience coaching volleyball at various skill levels
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire athletes
- Ability to analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback
- Passion for the sport of volleyball
