Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Local & Travel) ($28/hourly Local | Up to $1400/Week Travel | Auto Offer)

Shift: Day/Night Shifts - 12-Hour 7 - 7.30pm (Overtime available)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active AL - LPN or Multistate License
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care within LPN scope.
- Monitor residents, record vital signs, perform assessments.
- Administer medications, injections, treatments, and wound care.
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
- Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation.

- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $37.00
- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,368.00
- Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $10.00

- Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $972.00
or Travelers 1099 - $40/hourly ($1,440/weekly)
