Industrial Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician willing to work 2nd shift at our Madison, WI facility with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys working with hightech manufacturing equipment, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you're skilled with mechanical and electrical systems, comfortable in a fastpaced production environment, and ready to take ownership of equipment reliability, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
Compensation
Based on experience, the pay range is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
Work Schedule
2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Works 1 weekend per month
- Onsite in Madison, WI

What You'll Do
-
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial manufacturing and production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machinery

Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement effective, timely solutions to minimize downtime

Safely operate and maintain diagnostic tools, test equipment, and specialized manufacturing machinery

Inspect equipment, complete work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records
-
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency

Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What You Bring

Minimum three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing or production equipment

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documentation

Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, automated equipment, or PLC-controlled machinery preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach

Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Ability to prioritize tasks and support production needs on 2nd shift
