We're looking for an ambitious sales hunter to develop strategic partnerships with commercial property owners, multifamily ownership groups, REITs, developers, asset managers, and property management companies throughout Texas, Colorado, and Kansas.

Compensation
- $80,000–$120,000 Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission
- Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $140,000–$170,000

What You'll Do
- Prospect new commercial clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop relationships with commercial property owners, multifamily operators, developers, REITs, and asset managers.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations focused on protecting commercial real estate assets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a high-value sales pipeline.
- Manage your territory using CRM and consistent prospecting activity.
- Partner with internal operations teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Represent the company at commercial real estate and multifamily industry events.
- Become a trusted advisor to commercial real estate owners throughout your market.

- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Self-starter who thrives working remotely
Commercial real estate relationships are highly preferred but not required for exceptional sales professionals.
