Driver / Warehouse Associate
High-End Furniture Manufacturer – City of Industry, CA
High-end furniture manufacturer located in the City of Industry is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is primarily warehouse based, with short local driving runs throughout the day, and occasional long-distance travel as required.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment, with the flexibility to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and material handling
- Operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups (short runs throughout the day)
- Drive company bobtail truck for scheduled trips to Las Vegas as needed
- Travel to North Carolina to assist with showroom setup (travel required, not daily)
- Secure, inspect, and transport furniture and materials safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and loading areas
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and management teams
Requirements:
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Bobtail truck driving experience
- Air brake experience required
- Current DMV driving record (current week)
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Furniture or upholstery industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Stable and verifiable work history
- Must be able to start immediately
- Ability to travel to Las Vegas and North Carolina as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
