What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations and waitlists while maintaining an organized guest flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area.
- Assist with guest seating to maximize efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
