Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
- Previous pediatric experience, ideally within a school setting
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using current best practices
- Provide both direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and prepare necessary reports for IEP teams
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student growth
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student education planning
