As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for material and equipment procurement, coordination, supervision, and complete management of large value military contracts. Humphrey Mechanical is looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
- A strong background in the execution of large commercial projects with a proven track record including hands on experience in managing the Mechanical/HVAC/Piping scope of from conception to completion.
- Five years of management experience as a HVAC/Plumbing/Piping Project Manager.
- Able to effectively communicate with General Contractor’s Management teams, vendors, subcontractors, field manpower and office personnel
- Ability to interpret all contract documents including drawings and specifications, perform material take-offs, review submittals, and coordinate field production, review and maintain job costs and provide accurate projections
Education and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, equivalent experience would be acceptable in lieu of)
- Computer Skills: efficient with Microsoft Office Programs including Excel and Outlook
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (preferred), OSHA 30 (preferred)
Compensation and Benefit Package:
· Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience
