MARKETING COORDINATOR
MacArthur Associated Consultants, LLC, a full-service civil engineering and surveying firm, is seeking a full-time, in-person Marketing Coordinator for our Oklahoma City headquarters.
The Marketing Coordinator is an essential part of the firm’s continued growth and success. The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing proposals and developing dynamic, compelling interview presentations. A strong eye for print layout and excellent graphic design skills are essential. Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, conduct themselves professionally, and work effectively with a variety of personalities and disciplines. Daily responsibilities will vary, so strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to shift priorities and manage multiple deadlines are critical.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field from an accredited university
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Website design and content management experience using Squarespace
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently and effectively
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a desire to learn and grow
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Prepare and lead proposal responses in collaboration with management and technical staff
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for project interviews
- Create written content and graphics for social media platforms
- Develop and maintain schedules for updating social media channels and the company website while managing and coordinating ongoing staff requests
- Write, edit, and maintain employee resumes, boilerplate content, project descriptions, and other marketing materials
- Track and maintain business development opportunities using Salesforce CRM
- Under the direction of the Business Development and Marketing Manager, develop marketing collateral, public relations and advertising materials, special marketing campaigns, direct mail pieces, and market research activities
- Attend trade shows and coordinate all aspects of participation, including registration, printing, promotional items, staffing, pre-event preparation, and post-event debriefs
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s services, markets, clients, and strategic goals
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
