AC Moate Industries, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Apprenticeship Program. This is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple departments while helping you learn how the business operates from the ground up. The program is ideal for those looking to gain real-world business experience and identify long-term growth opportunities within the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations, dispatch, and project management
- Work closely with leadership and operations teams
- Assist with crew coordination and general business functions
- Gain exposure to multiple departments to develop a well-rounded skill set
What We’re Looking For:
- Is tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Can multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and is willing to jump in wherever needed
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high-quality work
Schedule:
- Early start times (5–6 AM)
- Summer hours range from 50–60 hours per week
Pay:
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
