We are a professional cosmetic studio specializing in teeth whitening and smile-enhancement services. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Studio Associate to join our team in Mission Viejo.
About the Role
This is primarily a sales and customer service position. You will be the face of our studio, welcoming clients, answering questions, recommending services and products, and helping create a warm and professional experience for every customer.
The right person is outgoing, motivated, polished, and comfortable talking to people. We are looking for someone who is active and proactive. someone who look for opportunities to engage with clients, increase sales, and help the studio grow.
Training will be provided for our teeth-whitening services. After completing training, you will also perform teeth-whitening services for clients when scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional customer experience
- Communicate confidently with clients and answer questions about our services and products
- Recommend appropriate whitening services and products based on customer needs
- Drive sales and actively look for opportunities to increase bookings and product sales
- Perform teeth-whitening services after completing our training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
- Help with light cleaning and studio organization throughout the shift
- Assist with product displays, inventory, and general studio tasks
- Follow studio procedures and maintain high standards of professionalism
- Arrive on time and be reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Sales, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus
- Previous teeth-whitening experience is not required — full training is provided
Compensation
$17–$20 per hour + Tips + Commission
Additional earning opportunities are available through tips and sales commissions. Compensation can increase based on performance, experience, and contribution to the studio.
