Join a Team Dedicated to Exceptional Patient Care
At our practice, we believe that outstanding plastic surgery begins with listening, thoughtful communication, and treating every patient with warmth, compassion, and respect. Every member of our team plays an important role in creating an experience where patients feel welcomed, informed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients and is committed to providing exceptional care throughout every stage of the surgical journey.
This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, takes pride in delivering personalized care, and understands that the patient experience is just as important as the surgical outcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide preoperative education and prepare patients for surgery.
- Answer patient questions and provide guidance between appointments.
- Assist with postoperative care, follow-up visits, and patient recovery.
- Collaborate closely with surgeon and the clinical team to ensure seamless care.
- Educate patients about procedures, medications, recovery expectations, and postoperative instructions.
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and clinical records.
- Assist with additional clinical responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, perioperative, or surgical nursing experience is welcomed, but we are equally interested in finding someone whose personality and values align with our practice.
Who We're Looking For
Plastic surgery knowledge can be taught. Compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness cannot.
We're looking for someone who enjoys caring for people, communicates with warmth and empathy, remains calm and organized, and takes pride in helping patients feel confident and supported. Every interaction matters—from answering a phone call to providing reassurance before surgery or celebrating a patient's results months later.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and would like to be part of a practice that values teamwork, integrity, and personalized care, we'd love to hear from you.
