The Role
You'll work directly with the Store Manager and ownership on day-to-day operations, quality, and store improvement. Over time, this role expands with you. We're looking for someone who wants responsibility, not just a paycheck.
What You'll Do
- Maintain exceptional quality in drinks, food prep, cleanliness, and service — every shift, not just when it's convenient
- Support daily operations and help identify and close gaps
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Occasional supply runs (reliable transportation required)
- Contribute ideas on how we can do things better
Who We're Looking For
- Someone consistent — in effort, attitude, and standards
- Strong ethics and integrity; does the right thing when no one's looking
- Genuinely curious about the product — boba, tea, and the broader specialty beverage space
- Experience at a boba or specialty drink brand is a real plus
- Wants a platform to grow: more responsibility, more visibility, more impact over time
- Communicates clearly and treats customers and teammates well
- Reliable transportation (required)
Nice to Have
- Social media presence or content creation experience
- Interest in drink development or local marketing
- Familiarity with other boba or beverage brands
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.81–$19/hr to start, based on experience
- Performance reviews twice a year with raise discussions
- Tips averaging ~$3+/hr
