As an Engineering Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing a team of skilled engineers. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of the company’s technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product goals. This position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Keeping projects aligned with the company’s goals and values

Review and evaluate designs and project activities to comply with technology and development guidelines and standards; ensure that operation requirements are kept.

Lead a team of full-stack engineers.

Manage staff’s professional and personal growth.

Work closely with Product and Design to set goals and define a roadmap that aligns with the Product vision.

Manage timelines to execute the roadmap

Coordinate cross-team efforts and integrations

Lead hiring efforts for your team

Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of various features – MUST.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to the engineering team on best practices in software development, architecture, and project management.

Team Management: Oversee daily activities, allocate tasks, and set performance goals for team members, fostering professional growth and team cohesion.

Project Planning: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, set timelines, and manage resources to meet project deadlines.

Code Quality: Ensure high-quality standards for code through regular code reviews, maintaining clean, efficient, and scalable codebases.

Innovation and Problem Solving: Encourage creative solutions to technical challenges and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with company objectives.

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-
5+ years of experience as full stack developer with .NET Core technologies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

3+ years experience in Angular/Vanilla JavaScript/SCSS/REACT/NESTJS
-
3+ years experience team management 3+ developers, agile / scrum.
- Autodidactic abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies

Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience AI and ChatGPT and other LLM
-
Experinece with API design , build and implement.

Experience with on-prem and SaaS implemention.

Experience deploying microservices system to scale

Expereince with Kubernetes and Docker
-
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations

Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project

Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Deep understanding of the web client and server-side technologies

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results in a high-paced environment.

Experience with BigData technologies,REDIS,
document Based DB (NoSQL, preferably Elastic search 6+) -
Translate UI/UX design to actual code and produce visual elements

Experience in writing browser extensions for (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge)
