Compensation
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights on trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership
- Perform monthly variance analysis across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Support annual budgeting and long-range forecasting with business unit leaders
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and executive-level reporting
- Develop dashboards and improve reporting processes through automation
- Analyze economic and market trends to support strategic planning
- Partner across the organization to identify opportunities for EBITDA improvement and support special projects
What You'll Need to Be Considered
- 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst type role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Experience translating financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Power BI or other data visualization experience
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and executive communication skills
