The Preventative Maintenance Manager works as a member of the service team, develops relationships with customers, manages Preventative Maintenance contracts, and communicates with service coordinators, etc. as efficiently as possible while providing the highest level of customer service. They work closely with RD&S service managers and sales staff to develop long-term client relationships. Commercial/industrial customers include cold storage facilities, distribution, and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program, including execution, and continuous improvement.
- Work with sales to enter and maintain contractual data related to planned maintenance work into the ERP system.
- Support data maintenance for all equipment included on service contracts.
- Create planned service work orders and site sheets for technicians and service coordinators related to Preventative Maintenance Intervals.
- Efficiently communicate customer requested service reports and PM documentation for QC and audit purposes.
- Enter and maintain customer account information for service business.
- Support and review preventative maintenance reporting.
- Multi-task sales and service support priorities within the company.
- Work with other departments (accounting, sales, logistics, etc.) in a timely and professional manner to ensure Preventative Maintenance Contract obligations are current.
- Create and execute the build out plan for a PM department within the industrial service segment.
- Other tasks and assignments as directed by department director.
- Working hours: 7:30AM until 4:30PM and additional hours as needed.
