Position: MRO Parts Coordinator Pay: $50,000.C0 - $55,000.00 per year Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Newly created role that will be crucial for supporting the implementation of a brand-new CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System}.
- Data verification (set up and correct spare part data for new system migration).
- Identify, document, and label all spare parts in the tool crib.
- Cycle count inventory, verify locations, update CMMS.
- Validate if spare part is still actively required.
- Quote cost of spare parts from vendors.
- Research vendors and validate against corporate purchasing agreements.
- Organize/5S ell spare part inventory.
- Perform all acditional tasks as requested by management.
-After CMMS is implemented (est 6 months), team member willhave opportun tyto transition into another role that aligns with their skillset and needs of the site.
COMPETENCY:
- Self-starter with the ability to perform assignments with minimal super"1sion.
- Very strong attention to detail.
-Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong computer skills with experience working with similar CMMS or EF.P sof:ware packages (Limole, lnvex, Plex}.
- Knowledge of inventory management/cycle counting processes.
- Multi-task oriented.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
- Some basic knowledge of maintenance, procurement, and industrial spare parts. REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant stockroom, procurement, and maintenance experience
- 1-3 years of previous experience in manufacturing.
- Previous experience in systems implementation very helpful.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to work on a step ladder and forklift, as necessary.
- Operate a forklift occasionally.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
