We're seeking an experienced, professional, and service-minded Lead Host & Hospitality Ambassador to help set the tone for every guest experience.

In This Role, You Will:
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow with confidence.
- Prepare handcrafted coffee and specialty beverages.
- Support our retail boutique by assisting guests and merchandising displays.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant leadership and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
- Lead by example in hospitality, professionalism, and guest service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Is dependable, organized, and calm under pressure.
- Enjoys building relationships with guests.
- Takes initiative and works well independently.
- Appreciates quality, attention to detail, and exceptional service.
