Job Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our integrative and regenerative medicine practice. We focus on hormone optimization, joint regeneration, and gut health–centered therapies, all from a root‑cause, wellness-first perspective. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, curious, and committed to functional and regenerative approaches rather than a purely disease-based model and is one who personally values wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The care we provide is not dictated by the insurance based model of reimbursement so we are able to dig deeper and look further. This position would start at two days per week and grow as your clinical skill set grows and we are able to move patients off of our long waitlist.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to individualize holistic treatment plan
- Prescribe both medications and nutritional supplements to develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines
- Perform specialized procedures such as subdermal hormone pellet insertion, joint injections, IV infusions and periodic lab draws
- Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Is passionate about root-cause medicine and preventative health measures in the continuum of lifetime learning
- Is interested in expanding clinical skills within a growing practice that is on the forefront of providing wellness care
- Utilize EMR/EHR system for accurate documentation and medical records management
Skills
- Integrative, family/internal medicine or critical care background is desirable
- Proficiency in joint evaluation and injection is desirable
- Proficiency in IV access and infusion is desirable
- Knowledge of gut health and the microbiome is desirable
- Proficiency in working with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation is required
