We’re looking for a EOW RN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing staff while ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. If you’re passionate about leadership and clinical excellence, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
Assist the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing and hiring
Provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with care standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Monitor quality measures and participate in improvement initiatives
Support education and training for staff as needed
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) on night shifts
Schedule: (Every Other Weekend)
Status: Part-Time
