Code and process construction overhead invoices

Assisting construction teams stay aligned with client standards, product specifications, and deliverables.

Manage contracts, change orders, approvals, and reporting

Ensure timelines align with client expectations and internal construction schedules.

Monitor feed, cost updates, and financial reporting requirements
- Manage services, code invoices, and process payments for Cox internet services

Confirm, verify, and coordinate all utility services including inspections and terminations
-
Manage expense reports for construction personnel
-
Serving as the main communication link between the builder and the developer/investor
-
Document safety infractions received from Construction Managers
-
Receive and track Lot Verification Forms
-
Coordinate Toolbox Talks with Construction Managers, Area Managers, and Corporate

Keep inventory and process invoices for all waste management services
-
Manage water deliveries and invoicing for all field offices
-
Generate and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including, but not limited to, production reports, WIP, EPO, build time, and month-end construction closing documents

Complete and file all construction registrations and insurance
-
Manage Dust Control Certifications and SWPPP NOI/NOT, permits and renewals, signage, recordkeeping, etc.

Tabulate Construction Manager field audits and create and maintain monthly scorecards

Assist with warranty tickets and processes

Assist with building permits, other permits and construction starts

Basic administrative duties for the department

Organizing all documentation, scopes of work, and client requirements before construction begins

High school diploma or equivalent
-
One or more years of experience as an administrative professional

Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel
