Job Title: Oncology Clinic Supervisor

Reports To: VP Oncology Operations
Job Type: Full-time (Our main location is Kendall – however, employee will rotate between both offices. Typical schedule would be Mon, Wed, Fri at Kendall and Tuesday and Thursday at NS. However, this schedule can vary based on clinic operational needs/coverage.)
Role Summary
· The Clinic Supervisor will serve as the day-to-day operational leader for front-end clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling oversight, and team coordination within the assigned MPOM location(s). This role supports operational efficiency, patient experience, provider readiness, and workflow standardization while collaborating closely with Infusion/Treatment leadership, Navigation teams, and offshore operational support teams to help ensure continuity of care and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manages clinic operational barriers, patient flow, provider readiness, scheduling delays, workflow gaps, and referral coordination concerns through proactive problem solving, resource adjustment, and appropriate escalation to leadership as needed.
- Leads team collaboration including facilitation of huddles to review patient census, practice performance, alignment of goals, and create a team approach to resolving issues as they present.
- Nurtures a positive patient care environment for patients under our care and working environments for all employees by maintaining a just culture.
- Regularly monitors quality metrics and outcomes to ensure appropriate access of appointments and scheduling templates and support our commitment to our patients and referring providers.
- Oversees all employee relations activities including hiring, onboarding and training, employee file maintenance, terminations, employee development, evaluations, and coaching.
- Maintains productive working relationships with all vendors and participates in regular vendor and service evaluations to best meet the practice’s needs.
- Assists in the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, objectives, and goals.
· Assist with operational oversight of daily/weekly patient and insurance payments, including ensuring checks, cash, EOBs, and related deposit documentation are organized and submitted timely to Accounting/Billing teams for proper posting and reconciliation.
· Assist leadership with operational tracking, workflow improvement initiatives, office supply coordination, and operational readiness activities as requested.
- Participate in regular physician and leadership meetings and provide input for areas of responsibility.
- Actively seeks out patient feedback for the purpose of improvement through regular rounding in person with patients, monitoring patient satisfaction surveys, and providing thorough root cause analysis and follow-up to any concerns that are raised.
- Supports teams by prioritizing and filling in for vacant positions and callouts as needed.
· Collaborate closely with Infusion/Treatment leadership, Navigation teams, and offshore operational support teams to support continuity of care, patient readiness, scheduling coordination, workflow standardization, and operational communication across departments.
· Support operational compliance initiatives including OSHA readiness, workflow audits, operational follow-up, and adherence to departmental standards and expectations.

Qualifications
- 5 years of prior supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an oncology setting (inpatient or outpatient)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration,
business administration, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of healthcare leadership, oncology operations, and
supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
- Oncology practice and/or infusion center experience strongly preferred
- US work authorization
