We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our organization's Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID / Intune Systems.
Position Summary
The Systems Administrator – Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID & Intune is responsible for administration, security, support, and optimization of Microsoft identity and endpoint management platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, OUs, GPOs, DNS, and domain services.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, SSPR, Identity Protection, and licensing.
- Configure and support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
- Manage Windows, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.
- Support endpoint security technologies including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, Windows LAPS, and ASR rules.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Develop PowerShell automation and reporting solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Active Directory administration
- 3–5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration
- 2–3+ years of Microsoft Intune administration
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert
- CompTIA Security+
