HealthSource Chiropractic is seeking a Team member who values health and wellness, and has a passion for helping other people improve their lives through healthcare.

You will be involved in many of the systems that make the office run, so being able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple processes over the course of the day, phone skills, computer knowledge, and people interaction skills will all be important in this job.
Basic tasks will include the areas of the practice that involve promotional communication, helping patients in all aspects of their care, customer service, handling finances, and direct patient care in the rehab area.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
- Patient administration including front desk clerical duties such as checking patients in, scheduling patients, answering phones, managing patient accounts, etc.
- Calling on patient insurance benefits and relaying those benefits to patients
- Helping other team members assisting and instructing patients in rehabilitation protocols.
- Being a willing helper to all team members with any additional needs
- MOST IMPORTANTLY being one of the friendly faces of our office while providing AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If you have a positive disposition, the ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and multitask while serving patients and our community, this position could be for you. We are looking for the right attitude and aptitude to learn. Experience in the following is a plus but training will be provided in all areas: communicating with patients about insurance benefits, utilizing scheduling computer program, and entering patient payments. A natural health-minded individual is a must.
