We are seeking a Spanish Speaking, bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. If you are a BCBA looking for a full-time position or an extra client or two to fill out your week and make some extra revenue, we'd be a perfect match. We are open to expanding this role to include more clients and hours as well.
Depending on your availability, you could work just a few hours or up to 32 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy treatment plans and conducting diagnostic evaluations. Candidates already in-network in the State of New Jersey will be preferred.
Duties:
- Conduct Behavioral Assessments and develop individualized Treatment Plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Provide 1-2 hours of Parent Training per client per week where necessary
- Provide 1-4 hours of weekly supervision to the therapists, paraprofessionals and/or RBTs working with your client(s)
- Analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Help maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods
- Knowledge of patient care principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes
